Life and Laughter through Cancer and Chaos
Cancer Sucks. Period. Living through it doesn't have to. It's all about perspective, and this is ours.

Last of the last blog posts
I've been thinking about it and thinking about it and I have finally decided that it's time to end my blogging career. Much like my super-short-lived twitter career, I feel like it's a struggle to keep things flowing lately. Life is just life for the most part nowadays. There is rarely (thankfully) anything noteworthy going on, and the goings-on that do take place don't really require much more than a quick status-update to share. So....for anyone that is interested, I WILL be keeping our facebook page going. It's public, it's full of just as much blabber as here, and occasionally one of those e-card-quips that is so funny you honestly DO lol, swear! You can peek in on our Life and Laughter whenever you feel like it here. And I hope you do--because our journey is nowhere near it's end! :)

The Un-imaginable Kitchen Display Has Become 9-Too-Cute Pups!
That awful display I told you about a few months ago....the dogs, in my KITCHEN, remember? The image still haunts me and I still breath a little sigh of relief every time the floor gets scrubbed again. However....because God alone can create goodness out of anything, the big "date" Stella and Maxx shared resulted in 10 itty-bitty brand new beating hearts coming into the world last Wednesday. Or 20 brand new tiny ears.....or 40 brand new itsy-bitsy paws...however you look at it, pretty amazing(ly overwhelming)!!!!! And as promised, I have every intention of shamelessly plugging the adoption of every tiny pink nose! So without further ado, let me introduce you!
Much much MUCH to my sadness, one precious little pup passed away the next day. We have no idea why, they all appeared to be 100% healthy. The other 9 were seen by the vet on Saturday and declared to definitely be so. Their bitty tails and dew-claws were snipped on Saturday at their vet visit, and they are all absolutely thriving under their Momma's stellar care. She is a deeply wonderful caretaker--careful and vigilant and loving as can be--I wish with all my heart that we could keep them all for her. I'm afraid it might break her heart when they go out into the great big world on their own. But for now, we are one big happy family, and I can't wait to share these little bits of fluff with you as they grow!
